Your First Class
I've never done Reformer Pilates before — can I still join?
Absolutely. All regular classes are open to every level, and our coaches offer modifications and progressions throughout class. If you're completely new, we recommend starting with a Beginner class to get familiar with the reformer and foundational movements.
Which class should I book first?
If you're new to Pilates or prefer a slower pace, we recommend starting with Roots or a Beginner class. Looking for more intensity? Ritual and Raiser bring a stronger burn and faster transitions. Need recovery? Release is your reset.
What should I bring?
Grip socks are mandatory for all classes for hygiene and safety reasons. If you don't have a pair yet, you can purchase them at the studio.
What should I wear?
Comfortable activewear you can move in. We recommend fitted clothing so coaches can better support your alignment and form during class.
Arriving & Booking
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class starts. Doors open 10 minutes before class so you have time to settle in. To protect the flow of the class and experience for everyone, late entry is not permitted.
What is your cancellation policy?
Classes can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.
Can I book classes from my phone?
Yes — we have an iOS app. Search for "Reform x Retreat" on the App Store, or download it directly, to browse the schedule and book classes on the go. You can also keep booking as usual through our website. The app is currently iOS only.
At the Studio
Do you have showers?
At the moment, we do not have showers at the studio. We do, however, have changing areas and amenities to freshen up after class.
Do you offer private sessions or events?
Yes. We offer private sessions, private group classes, bachelorette and birthday bookings, corporate events, and brand collaborations. Send us a DM or email for availability and custom concepts.
