Terms & Conditions

Effective September 2025 · Runessa GmbH

01

General Information

Runessa GmbH operates Reformer Pilates classes and wellness services under the Reform x Retreat brand. By accessing the website, purchasing classes, packages, or memberships, or attending the studio, you consent to these terms and conditions in full.

02

Studio Etiquette

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be admitted in order to protect the experience of all participants.

  • Grip socks are required for all classes for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Phones must be silenced during sessions.
  • We reserve the right to deny participation to, or remove, any individual whose behaviour disrupts the class environment.
03

Class Booking & Cancellation

Bookings must be made through our official online booking system. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid being charged. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full, with the session deducted from your balance.

Reform x Retreat reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes without loss of session credit to clients.

04

Packages

Packages are prepaid, non-refundable, and valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. They are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another person.

Extensions are available only with supporting medical documentation in cases of serious illness or injury.

05

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. A minimum commitment of 6 months is required before cancellation is permitted. To cancel, written notice by email must be submitted at least 30 days before the end of the minimum membership period.

  • Unused sessions do not carry forward from one month to the next.
  • Reform x Retreat reserves the right to update pricing and benefits with advance notice.
  • Monthly charges are processed automatically on the sign-up date each month.
06

Health Disclaimer

By attending a class, participants confirm that they are in adequate physical condition to participate in Reformer Pilates. Any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations must be disclosed to the instructor before class begins.

The studio is not liable for injuries sustained during participation unless directly caused by gross negligence on the part of Reform x Retreat or its staff.

07

Liability Waiver

Clients participate at their own risk. Reform x Retreat, its staff, and its personnel are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

08

Privacy Policy
